New trip, new milestones!

Some already know, we - my cousin and I - are going on a 4-week trip to South-east asia...
So far we dont really know where we are going.
What we do know is that we are flying in Kuala Lumpur, on dec28, and out on Jan22 (next year!).

Just like the south-american trip, I'm open to (most) propositions about where to go!
Lars, Lionel, Otarie, onk & co, I'm waiting for your comments...

Ça doit être la fatigue, ce qui prouve que ce voyage va faire du bien :-)

If your going to the Philippines you should go straight to island of Palawan. There you can find an amazing underground river and some really nice beaches, without a bunch of tourists. The best place to go is El Nido, on the northern tip of Palawan island. Another place that I have not been, but many recommend is Boracai. It's considered having some of the world's nicest beaches, and if you look at some photos its not hard to imagine. There are a lot of tourist there though, but if your ok with that then it's supposed to be an amazing place.

I also recommend that you stay out of the cities. There quite dirty and noisy, and there's a ton of scammers. Also don't visit the southern part of the Philippines, Mindanao. There's a conflict going on there, so it's not a safe place to be (the rest of the country is safe).

Phillipines is great because most people speak English, everything is so cheap and the scenery is breathtaking. When flying choose CEBU pacific, their cheap and reliable - just don't book the tickets online.
