Are you aware that the Non Violence sculpture was created by Swedish artist Carl Fredrik Reuterswärd (who once studied for Fernand Léger). The sculpture was designed as a tribute to John Lennon and you can see other versions of it in Berlin, Caen, Stockholm, Göteborg, Malmö, Täby ...

Jingle bells! After tomorrow we'll be getting more daylight again. And by the way, don't forget to visit some famous department stores and bring home lots of christmas presents :-)

And that non violence sculpture was in one of my histoy books in highschool in the chapter about cold war, if i remember correctly...

Have a good time for the last day, and we will be happy to welcome you tomorrow, if your flight can take off from the snowy New York

Yes, have a safe flight home. As the end of your trip is approaching, I would like to thank you guys for letting us tag along, enjoying your fabulous photos and sharing bits of your adventure. Further, it has been a pleasure to share this experience with all of you commentators. So Jean-Yves, Grégoire et al., if you ever end up in Stockholm I truly hope you will drop in for a glass of Pisco Sour or Bourbon and a chat about sharks, penguins, alligators, current situation in Bolivia, glacier rivers, aspects of water falls etc., etc. ...

Ok, I have arrived!! Though not without complications.. When I came to the Indian Air office yesterday it turns out they no longer fly to Paris and that I had been booked on their new flight to London instead (yaaay!!). When they realized that I did not want to go to London they gave me a Continental Airlines flight to Paris. After a few hours of delays (fun!!) we finally took of and now I am at Pierre's place (after making my way through the Paris subway, cause my phone still doesn't work and nor did any of the payphones I tried...).
